Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Vuecart, provided by Heapvuedigital Innovations Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Eligibility & Access

• You must be at least 18 years old or an authorized business entity to create a store.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date business information.

2. Your Store & Products

You maintain full ownership of your brand, product listings, and customer relationships. You agree not to use Vuecart to sell, advertise, or promote:

• Counterfeit, unlicensed, or stolen merchandise.
• Products that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or goods restricted by applicable law.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive commercial activities.

Vuecart reserves the right to suspend or remove any store that violates these guidelines.

3. Plans, Pricing & Cancellation

Subscription Fees: Platform fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan and applicable regional pricing, exclusive of applicable statutory taxes.

Cancellation & Refunds: Subscriptions are prepaid for the active billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals, and your store will remain accessible until the end of your paid billing period.

4. External Services & Integrations

Vuecart allows you to connect with external services such as payment gateways, shipping carriers, and custom domain providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. While we work to ensure smooth integrations, external transit times and payment settlement schedules are managed by those respective service providers.

5. Intellectual Property

Vuecart Platform: All software, interfaces, designs, and code associated with Vuecart remain the exclusive property of Heapvuedigital Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Your Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the images, copy, and brand assets you upload. You grant us permission to host and display this content solely to operate your storefront.

6. Service Commitment & Limitations

We work continuously to keep Vuecart fast, secure, and always available. However, because online platforms rely on complex infrastructure, scheduled maintenance, and third-party networks, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime.

To the extent permitted by law, Heapvuedigital Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect commercial losses, lost sales, or business interruptions resulting from temporary downtime or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from or related to your use of Vuecart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala, India.
